Agreement for Legal & Collection Services

This Agreement for Legal & Services is made and effective from________________(Date), by and between Simple Collection Services and ________________________ (Client's Name), referred as to Client.
1. Purpose
Client retains Simple Collection Services to represent Client, and Simple Collection Services agrees to provide legal & collection services and represent Client's interests, all according to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
2. Subject Matter
Simple Collection Services will represent Client and complete the following described services:

3. Other Matters
This Agreement contemplates that Simple Collection Services will represent Client only with
respect to the matters described above. Any other matters, except those incidental to and
necessarily related to the covered matters, shall be performed by Simple Collection Services
without the prior written authorization of Client. In this case, Simple Collection Services
may notify Client the current situation.
4. Legal Fees
A. Client agrees to pay Simple Collection Services (Agreed Percentage) of collected dept.
B. If other services are performed on Client bQDehalf without prior agreement as to fees and
charges, Simple Collection Services will charge Client at its regular monthly rates, depending
on the Agents providing the services.
C. Simple Collection Services agrees to provide statement to Client after services have been
performed every month or if any amount is owned by Client. Simple Collection Services
statements shall reflect at least the following information (where appropriate): date the
services were performed: name of individual performing the services: brief description of
services performed: time spent performing the services: the charge for each service item.

5. Costs and Expenses
Client shall be responsible for reimbursing Simple Collection Services for its direct costs incurred
in retaining appraisers, accountants, or other similar professionals on behalf of Client
6. No Guarantee
Simple Collection Services agrees to use its best efforts in representing Client and to perform all
collection services in a professional, diligent, business-like manner. However, Client recognizes
that Simple Collection Services cannot guarantee a particular result or the outcome of any matter
7. Termination of Services
Simple Collection Services may terminate this Agreement and its representation of Client if Client
is in breach of its obligations in this Agreement or if Simple Collection Services is required to
withdraw from representation of Client in accordance of the rules of professional conduct
applicable to Simple Collection Services. Client may terminate this Agreement at any time subject
to Client? obligation to pay Simple Collection Services for services rendered pursuant to this
Agreement.
8. Notices
Any notice under this Agreement shall be effectively given upon deposit in the United States
mail, postage prepaid, or by recognized overnight delivery service, and addressed as follows
(or at such change of address given by one party to the other in writing after the date
hereof):

9. No Assignment
The parties agree that neither party may assign or transfer any rights and obligations under
Agreement, directly or indirectly except upon the prior written consent of the other party. Subject
to the foregoing, this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties
hereto, their successors and assigns.

10. Final Agreement
This Agreement includes the entire understanding and agreement between Client and Simple
Collection Services on the subject matter hereof. This Agreement may be modified only by
another writing signed by both Client and Simple Collection Services.
11. Headings
Headings used in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and shall not be used to
construe meaning or intent.
